The breakfast was excellent with a view of the surrounding area. The rooftop bar and restaurant provided an added bonus. The meal was really good. The staff was friendly and the location was fabulous.
The room lacked a proper window and sunlight, so it felt quite small.

my room, a 'luxury room bathtub', had a super comfy bed. i slept like a log all three nights! the breakfast was AMAZING!!! there were so many options, and everything tasted so fresh. the rooftop bar provided amazing views of the area at night.
I had to wait a few minutes sometimes.

I found the location convenient, close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was very friendly, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. i particularly enjoyed my room that had a private hammam. It was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The room was quite small. Storage space was limited for luggage and shopping finds.

The hotel's location was very convenient. It made exploring the area easy. The staff was helpful throughout my stay. Serkan was especially helpful with all my needs. He provided excellent assistance .
The shower in my room had some mold. This caused the entire room to smell slightly unpleasant. It was a minor issue .

The staff helped me book a hammam experience. They arranged a car for pick-up and drop-off. This made the whole process seamless and stress-free. They were always friendly and tried to assist.

The breakfast was delicious. It had many options for everyone. I also liked the cleaning lady. She was such a sweet woman. The location is very good. The staff is ready to help you with everything.
The room was too warm! There was no ventilation, just AC right above the bed. I had to keep the window opened all night. It was too loud from the outside even if I closed the window.
